This skillet is super! Lots of cooking room and the non-stick surface works like a dream. Since it is a rather large pan the extra carrying handle comes in very handy!

I will update this review when I use this pan more, just want to add some things that might be of interest.

1. The lid from my 12' "bare" stainless steel skillet (from their 17 piece set) fits perfectly. This non-stick version and the SS "bare" version look to be identical, except:

2. The bottom plate is thinner on this nonstick. The plate on this non-stick SS 12' skillet is 1/8 inch (4/32). The plate on the "bare" SS 12' skillet is just under 1/4 inch (7/32), so almost twice as thick.

Is this important? I will update, but most reviews here say it heats evenly and the nonstick coating is tough, so who cares if the bottom is thinner? Just makes it lighter.
